AIRFUN HOME LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates the CrewForge platform at https://myai1688.co. This Privacy Policy explains how CrewForge collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, phone, email, company). Content you upload. When you connect social accounts through OAuth, CrewForge may receive public profile information, account metrics, content performance, comments, messages, and advertising account data that you explicitly authorize.
2. How CrewForge uses Google / YouTube data
CrewForge uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API only after you authorize your Google account. Scopes requested: youtube.readonly, youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl, and yt-analytics.readonly.
- Purpose: CrewForge publishes videos you create or upload in the platform to your YouTube channel, lists your videos, and retrieves channel and video analytics so your team can manage publishing and performance in one dashboard.
- We do not use YouTube data to train AI models, sell ads, or build unrelated profiles.
- We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke access at any time at Google Security Settings or by disconnecting YouTube in CrewForge.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, when required by law, or with your consent.
4. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Account and third-party platform data are deleted within 30 days of account termination or disconnect, except where law requires longer retention.
